 W8LT is the Amateur Radio Club at the Ohio State University.  The club history dates to the 1920s and the ARRL Calendar for 2014 notes that radio clubs at the Ohio State Univerisy and the University of Michigan save lives durring the Midwest Storms of 1913.  The club web site (https://w8lt.engineering.osu.edu) has a link to the clubs rich history.
