The Emerald Coast Amateur Radio Association (ECARA) is a group of amateur radio enthusiasts primarily in the Santa Rosa County, Florida area. While the group was originally formed to support the Navarre Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), club interests are much wider than that and ANYONE who wishes to join us is welcome. In addition to monthly group meetings that include diverse presentations, major ECARA events include ARRL Field Day and Winter Field Day at Navarre Beach.
