Description:

The Point Roberts Amateur Radio Club is an emergency response club under the sponsorship of Point Roberts Emergency Preparedness. We provide emergency communications services in support of Whatcom County Fire District 5, the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office Auxiliary Communications Service, and our community CERT Team.

We participate in the ARRL Field Day, Winter Field Day, and emergency communications exercises, to maintain readiness. Our repeater operates on 433.300 MHz, with a +5 MHz offset and 100 Hz tone. Our Net meets every Sunday at 1830.
