We have been a club for almost 32 years serving the amateur community with fcc radio exam classes and commercial radio exams at the Smithtown NY Elks Lodge at 124 

We are the only exam team on LI doing commercial radio testing for Grol.Marine operators permit, 1st and second class radio telephone,radar endorsements,Gmdss/o and Gmdss/m.This year 2019 we started giving away a baofeng H/T at every fourth session.Drawing tickets given out each session.Radio will be fully programed with all Nassau and Suffolk County Repeaters.

Be at the lodge for 12/20 Baofeng 8 watt radio give away with all who take and exam. Plenty of free parking on the premises.

anyone wishing to have a set up at our ham fest either in doors or outdoors please email the club asap.We offer for $25 a table and 2 chairs for every seller,free admissioin to all others and $4 parking fee per car.

 Our contest antenna engineer is John Bagno/KD2RD who has just set up a diamond shape diepole up about 70 feet. Awesome work for our new updated club for 2021 and beyond.
