So, here it is - the 2007 ARRL National Convention and Huntsville Hamfest have been open an hour, and Wow! What a crowd! It's so cool when people come up to me and say, "It's good to put a face with the voice." They say they listen to me every week on the ARRL Audio News.
I give my mini-forum in about two hours, "How to Write for QST." Jon Bloom is walking around with his camera - I think there is more camera than Jon! I have never seen so much camera equipment outside of a camera store.
It's good to see lots of old friends here. Yaesu's Dennis Motschenbacher, K7BV, is here. Dennis used to be at ARRL HQ. He always makes an event loads of fun.

Go forth and purchase!
ARRL Executive Vice President Dave Sumner, K1ZZ; President Joel Harrison, W5ZN; and Chief Operating Officer Harold Kramer, WJ1B at the ARRL Expo entrance. They won't look this fresh and energetic at the end of the day, I'm betting!
Here we go! The doors opened at 9 AM and the crowd streamed in.
All set!

After several hours of work, the ARRL Expo area is pretty much all set for tomorrow. Other staff are arriving now and doing the final set-up of their particular areas, but for the most part, we're ready. Bring on the crowds!
