Certificates and QSL cards: To obtain a certificate from any of the special-event stations offering them, send your QSO information along with a 9×12 inch self-addressed, stamped envelope to address listed in the announcement. To receive a special event QSL card (when offered), be sure to include a self-addressed, stamped business envelope along with your QSL card and QSO information.

Special Events Announcements: For items to be listed in this column, you must be an Amateur Radio club, and use the ARRL Special Events Listing Form. Copies of this form are available via Internet or for a SASE (send to Special Requests, ARRL, 225 Main St, Newington, CT 06111, and write "Special Requests Form" in the lower left-hand corner). You can also submit your special event information on-line at http://www.arrl.org/contests/spevform.html. Submissions must be received by ARRL HQ no later than the 1st of the second month preceding the publication date; ie, a special event listing for Jan QST would have to be received by Nov 1.
