Things could get down and dirty as Connecticut’s Middlesex Amateur Radio Society mounts a special event at the 30th annual Mud Volleyball event, a fundraiser for the Epilepsy Foundation of Connecticut. The W1EDH/1 special event will get under way from Middletown, Connecticut (FN31qm), on Friday, August 19, at 1600 UTC and continue through the Saturday, August 20, tournament.

Anticipated operation will be on PSK, JT65 (14.076 MHz), and CW (14.040 MHz) during daylight hours and CW (7.040 MHz) and SSB (14.270 MHz) in the evening. A certificate and QSL will be available.
