"To Your Scattered Grid Squares Go"

This weekend will find a lot of activity at the low end of the VHF and UHF bands (and microwaves, too!) as the VHF+ contesters take part in one of the biggest VHF+ contests, the ARRL June VHF QSO Party. This is a great opportunity to try SSB or CW with that all-band radio. Just hook up a dipole or simple beam (horizontal polarization will work best) and tune in the vicinity of the calling frequencies. All you need to exchange for contest QSOs is your grid square so try something new and have fun!
