ARRL announces new electronic newsletter for clubs

ARRL Club News is a new monthly newsletter available via e-mail at no charge to ARRL members. Designed to help invigorate Amateur Radio clubs and their activities, each issue will contain information and highlights for and about ARRL Affiliated Clubs.

Although the first issues will be in text format, we expect to have the ARRL Club News available in HTML format so we can share photos and other exciting material from over 2000 ARRL Affiliated Clubs.

The first issue of the ARRL Club News will be published Wednesday, December 6, 2006. ARRL Directors, Officers, Section Managers and Affiliated Club Coordinators have been pre-selected to receive the ARRL Club News.

To subscribe, unsubscribe or change your address for e-mail delivery:

ARRL members who are not already registered first must register on the Members Only Web Site. You'll have an opportunity during registration to sign up for e-mail delivery of the ARRL Club News, W1AW bulletins and other material. ARRL members may subscribe to the ARRL Club News by going to the Member Data Page.

Note that you must be logged in to the site to access this page. Scroll down to the section that asks, "Which of the following would you like to receive automatically via email from ARRL?" Check the box for "ARRL Club News (monthly club news)" and you're all set. -- Norm Fusaro, W3IZ, ARRL Affiliated Club/Mentor Program Coordinator
