B&W Coaxial Selector Switch Model 376

A friend gave me this switch. It looks very old. He was not able to tell me anything about which is the position for connecting a tranceiver. I've searched for a user manual, called Ham equipment sellers and finally tried to contact B&W. So far no one has been able to answer my question. I would appreciate any info about how to use this switch.

I'd suggest using a continuity tester or ohmmeter to figure it out.

The pictures suggest that the unit may be taken apart and reassembled so that a continuity test may be needed.
There are three possible orientations of the face plate.
