This position is a unique opportunity to provide managerial support for the awards and contest programs. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ARRL’s awards and contest initiatives, ensuring that the program's rules and guidelines are followed. You will work with contest rules and regulations to maximize efficiency and ensure accuracy in creating and fulfilling awards for recipients. This position is an integral part of the Radiosport Department with the widely used Logbook of The World software and its users. You will offer support to end-users via telephone and email, installing and using the program; guiding users through the LoTW functions, and offer additional support when needed.
