Awards Program Supervisor

ARRL is seeking an Awards Program Supervisor to join our contesting department at our headquarters in Newington, CT!

The ARRL Radiosport Department is looking for an enthusiastic Awards Program Supervisor to join our headquarters team in Newington, Connecticut. If you are highly organized and detail-oriented, this could be a great opportunity for you to turn your passion for ham radio contesting into a career.

This position is a unique opportunity to provide managerial support for the awards and contest programs. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ARRL’s awards and contest initiatives, ensuring that the program's rules and guidelines are followed. You will work with contest rules and regulations to maximize efficiency and ensure accuracy in creating and fulfilling awards for recipients. Additionally, you will be responsible for the oversight of special projects related to the awards program and managing the ARRL Card Checker Program. ARRL is seeking a Logbook of The World Associate to join our field organization and contesting department at our headquarters in Newington, CT!

The ARRL Radiosport Department is looking for a Logbook of The World Support Associate to join our headquarters team in Newington, Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for you to turn your ham radio contesting and LoTW knowledge into a career.

This position is an integral part of the Radiosport Department with the widely used Logbook of The World software and its users. You will offer support to end-users via telephone and email, installing and using the program; guiding users through the LoTW functions, and offer additional support when needed.

RFI Lab Engineer

Public Relations & Outreach Manager

ARRL is seeking a Public Relations & Outreach Manager to join our Marketing Team at our headquarters in Newington, CT!

In this key role, you'll lead initiatives that elevate the visibility, credibility, and impact of ARRL and Amateur Radio. This role combines strategic communications, media relations, and grassroots outreach to grow public awareness and inspire new interest in amateur radio. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who can translate technical concepts into accessible language, build strong relationships with media and volunteers, and deliver compelling campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms.

This position develops and executes national-level PR and outreach strategies, manages content for ARRL’s news and social channels, supports advocacy communications, and provides tools and training for a network of Public Information volunteers. Success in this role requires initiative, diplomacy, and a collaborative spirit aligned with ARRL’s mission to advance and promote amateur radio.
