Dipole Question

I live in a neighborhood with antenna restrictions. Here is what I am planning on doing. I want to build a fan dipole for 40, 20, 17, 10, and 6 meters. My idea is to attach the dipoles to my roof by taking flashing and anchoring under my shingles, with pvc attached to keep the dipoles off of the shingles. I will do this all the way down both sides of the roof. This should keep the dipole in place and allow me to keep everything up off the roof. I am a new general upgrade and this is what I am planning to use to get on HF. Thoughts? Thanks.

That is likely to draw too much attention.

At present, the best way of dealing with antenna restrictions is to display the American Flag on a metal flagpole and use the flagpole as an antenna. George Bush signed into law the Freedom to Display the American Flag Act of 2006--this law takes precedence over covenants and HOAs.
