All day long QRM on high HF bands

Hello, After a few months in my new QTH, I started getting really strong interference on the higher HF bands. They happen every 50 Kz more or less and are permanent. I've started a small fox hunt to see if there's a visible suspect in a nearby building (HVAC, etc.), but haven't pinpointed the origin yet. If anyone recognizes this noise pattern any advice would be greatly appreciated.
