I'm sorry I can't remember the exact name of the system, relating to a Linksys router being used for video and connection of remote ham gear.
I will look up the article as I don't hav e time now.
I just need to know the connector used on the back of the router.
I would like to get started on this and have to start somewhere.
I ordered sma male connectors and these were not it.
They resemble miniature n-connectors on the small antennas and box.
I will search for the article now.
Although the project is not easily available in the qst magazine and there are no details, I believe I have the antennas necessary for this.

Linksys uses R-TNC (reverse polarity TNC) connectors.
DLink uses R-SMA (reverse polarity SMA) connectors.

The reason for the odd connectors is that the FCC decided to
"discourage" users from attaching external antennas and demanded that
manufacturers use weird and proprietary connectors.
