Kantronics KPC-3 NONE Plus problems

I picked up a KPC-3 and have it working fine with the old school COMM port on my PC. I have tried with out success using USB to serial adapters. I have tried both the FTDI and the Prolific chipset but no love. Are there setting in the driver that I'm missing? I've tried on Windows 7 and Windows 10. |
