WHY DOES THE FCC DO NOTHING?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think I am. I have always labored under the impression that when cable TV companies, power companies, or any other commercial activity resulted in large scale RFI or TVI etc the offending company or utility was LEGALLY BOUND to rectify the situation. That being the case, why doesn't the FCC ENFORCE THE LAW/REGS? |

Out here in Las Vegas, I learned long ago that half the time when a question starts with the word "Why", the answer is "MONEY". Most of the other half of the time, the answer is "Lawyers". Most of the commercial activities in question are replete with both. |
