440 copper loop antenna

putting together a 440 loop antenna, thinking about adding a reflector loop on the back side to make it directional. Anyone tried this?? |

have the first one done, SWR is running at 1.1 to 1.3 starting n the second one so I can run a pair wired in parallel for higher gain |

Got the second one done and mounted on a yardstick for some testing. Works quite well. I now have them mounted ona 1/2 length of PVC tubing and ready to mount outside. Too many other projects but it seems to be working quite well. Next step is to set up a reflector and try to make it like a beam. |
