Can anyone tell me more about this? I have it set up correctly, but test emails simply disappear. I'd ask an appropriate HQ staffer about it, but haven't the foggiest whom to ask.

Thanks,

Have you checked your SPAM/Trash/Junk folder to see if those messages are being "misfiled"?

To enable your arrl.net e-mail alias:

Click "Edit your Profile" (at the top of any page) and make sure that you have entered a valid e-mail address in the "Account Information" tab. Then make sure the "Opt-in to have a @arrl.net email alias" check box is set (it is right below the "Email" text area).

HQ staffers can see that your email forwarded isn't enabled yet. 10:40AM. EST.

IIRC, you have to wait until the system updates due to security issues.

You can call 860-594-1202 to find someone who can help you.
Typically someone in the Circulation/Membership/Publication group.
