The ARRL Board of Directors will meet July 19-20 in Windsor, Connecticut. Attending as guests will be International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) President Tim Ellam, VE6SH, and Radio Amateurs of Canada (RAC) President Geoff Bawden, VE4BAW. The Board will hear reports of officers and of several committees.
