Listened and heard some very nice FISTS on the air.  Espcially enjoyed contact with N3PDT, Doug, who was able to take me back in time.  He was using a Drake Combo of a 2NT and a 2C which was crystal controlled running about  60 watts.  Just like in my old Novice days back 65 years ago!  I was using my old Kenwood TS520S with a 'Horse Fence 40 Mtr Dipole' and an old SpeedX hand key.  Doug was using a Vertical and an old bunnel hand key.  Very much fun!  I like the old Boat Anchor radios - very traditional equipment.  CW is fun and hopefully will be around for years to come.  Glad to see new Hams learning Morse Code!  Good for the mind..  Warm Regards to all.  'Ernie' Smith - K1HO
