2019 ARRL Straight Key Night
I started with my old Heathkit DX-60--B and National NC-88 receiver and made 2 contacs on 80 before midnight. My apologies to Joel, W3ZT for losing him in the QRM with such a broadbanded receiver. The remaining QSOs were made the next day on 40 where there was considerable straight key activity. One station, using a vintage Vibroplex, suggested the event should also be called "Bug Nite". As always, it is refreshing to hear so many CW ops active, whether using a variety of manual or semi-automatic keys. C U next year.
