My very first QRP effort in the DX test....Great fun and what a challenge; especially at the bottom of the sunspot cycle...I used my Elecraft KX3 / PX3 setu up purchase last spring in prep for some FD and portable operating adventures during Summertime....

With that said, I managed to work WAC during the contest, with QSO's with V8, F, LX, XE, XQ, PJ2, J, and KH6 & KL7....Although I relied heavily on 40 & 20 to get my 101 QSO's, I still felt it was a pretty amazing experience given my antenna was nothing more than a ground mounted Butternut HF9V!!
