A bit of meteor scatter, backscatter, and sporadic-E all rolled in together bobbing up and down like a ship at sea only very slow in and out (mostly out) like playing Wack-a- Mole. Hey guys with prop knowledge, what was that? Oh never mind, it will all be different next year anyway.
