This was my first Field Day in many years. I had limited participation - less than a dozen contacts, with a maximum QSO rate of 3 per hour, on the 20 and 40 meter bands. At any given time I never heard more than one station and they often faded out quickly.

It was a pretty humbling learning experience. I think I'll stick to the November Sweepstakes as my big event of the year after this. :-)
