11/21/2002 | K9DI WOW, What a BLAST!!!! this was my first participation in a contest other than the QRP-L FoxII hunts and ARRL Field Day. I didn't have much time to operate, but did manage to snag 50 QSO's and 35 sections with my K2 and 5 watts. I was putting the power out through a Gusher dipole up about 35-40 feet, and then I borrowed a 5 band vertical. Sign me up for next time!!!
