2002 ARRL 10 Meter Contest

Didn't know what to expect for conditions; 10 has sounded really flat
for the past few weeks. Well, it turned out that everyone had been
listening! I was surprised how good things were; nice solid openings
into Europe, some good E openings to work the closer states. My dipole curtain worked like a champ.
I probably ruined a perfectly good SSB-only score by making 50 CW QSOs and entering mixed-mode, but I'm really proud of having gotten into CW at all. I've always avoided CW, and was probably the worst fist out there. But there were obviously a few guys out there who were willing to listen to my broken code. Thanks--hope I didn't create to many busted Qs for you! (Or for myself...)
