2002 ARRL 10 Meter Contest

12/18/2002 | N1DC This is one of my favorite contests. Unfortunately, I was limited to only a few hours on Sunday morning. I started at 1400 UTC with my 4 element tribander pointed toward Europe. First a "search and pounce" yielded a quick 25 countries. After about 45 minutes I found an open frequency and started calling CQ. Propagation from MA was excellent. I had a very good run for about 2 hours working many Europeans and a bunch of 6's, 7's and 0's off the back of my beam. I ended up with 176 QSO's and 78,144 points is less than 3 hours. Thanks to all that answered my CQ. See you next year. 73, Rick -- N1DC
