07/08/2002 | K3CQ Saturday was first clear day in weeks. Worked on antenna which was lying on the ground. Could hear a lot more than I could work. 100 watts and a wire doesn't compete with a large rotary even when the wire is 700 feet long. But I had fun. -- K3CQ
