04/14/2003 | W1JQ This year was rough! My biggest effort yet--roughly 34 hours. But the conditions were poor in the Northeast, and every QSO felt like a minor victory. My motley crew of wire antennas performed like champs. I
ended up with a few Qs less than last year, and a few more multipliers; did better on every band except 10, where there was never a solid opening to Europe. (And it's hard to make up 250 Qs!)
