04/25/2003 | K6ACZ I can attest to the decline in propagation this year over last year. Much less DX heard this year to be worked as S&P, SOLP. Still I managed to work ALMOST everyone I heard and make 281 QSO's with 136 Countries.
My QSO breakdown by Continent: NA=65, SA=50, EU=55, AS=79, AF=12, OC=20. By Band: 10=84, 15=122, 20=40, 40=35, 80=0 (No antenna for 80). All the 10 thru 20 meter contacts were made with my 36 inch (1 mtr) diameter MFJ Loop antenna disguised as a T.V. antenna at 25 ft. The 40 meter contacts were made with a R-7000 vertical at 10 ft. Boy, do I hate antenna restrictions! -- K6ACZ
