09/10/2003 | EA1DDO Hi, My main problem was to use just 10, 15 and 20 meters because the antennas for the lower bands had problems, so I did a triband contest.
Any way, I enjoyed a lot and I tryed to do the maximum number of QSOs. The propagations was good in the upper bands.
I want to thank you to everybody and next year I hope to come back with more antennas.
This year I was in contest with an old Drake TR7 + R7 receiver + L7 amplifier. The antenna was a 4 elements triband cubical quad at 20 meters high. For the lower bands was a Butternut HF-2V.
Actually I already changed my equipment. The new one is a Yaesu FT-1000 D + Acom 2000 A amplifier and the same antenna.

I hope to see u on the bands...
