01/27/2003 | VE2HKI/W4 I just moved to Atlanta, GA after two years of living / contesting mobile from the West coast. Again, no space to put decent antennas in my new apartment, but one day...
It was very cold in the South East this weekend so I didn't risk a full operation mobile in unknown territory. I started on a little hill near my house, but the high noise levels and the cold temperatures forced me indoor after 4 hours.

Back home, I did setup a 13B2 yagi for 2M and a K1FO for 432MHz on my balcony facing the South for the rest of the contest at just 17 feet high.

Made 27 QSO and 8 grids in total, my worse score ever :-(
June be aware I want a re-match!. I'm already planning the June contest.

Had a lot of fun as usual.
