Thanks to ALL of the awesome operators that pulled my call out of the mud during the contest! I operated from my QTH on the gulf coast of EM60oj with a MFJ-9406 and a full size copper tube 6m j-pole @20' and fed with over 100' of coax. Saturday started off with a BLAST and I operated until 2230L and backed up my log on the computer when I saw lightning, then we lost power two minutes later! The band was dead for the rest of the evening and I managed only a couple of QSO's on Sunday so I was able to catch up on some honey-do's. THANKS to everyone for allowing me to operate along with the BEST and be able to give out some points. See yall when the band opens up again!
