This is the second time I participated in a VHF contest, and was this one a whopper. 6 Meters was amazing Saturday June 14th all day. I operated from just East of Holbrook Arizona, in DM44xx, which is where our property is located. Here are a couple of pictures of the station used during the contest. I operated 6,2,and 432 using a FT-847. The 220 radio was a homebrew 45 watt transverter running on an old FT-480 as an IF. The 1296 radio was a DEMI transverter running into the same FT-480 IF. Power was Solar during the day, and a gas generator during the evening. Thanks to everyone that I worked, and hope I gave some of you a new Grid Square. -- N7EME
