2003 ARRL June VHF Contest

The contest was a mixed bag here in EM00. Six meters was wonderful on Saturday but dead most of Sunday until the final hour. A highspot was working 8 countries: US, VE, HI8, V3, HK, V2, XE and TG9.
Condition on 2 and up were below normal for the entire time. What saved the Contest for those bands were the Rovers. Special thanks to KI5DR, N5RZ and ND2X for activating grids not normally available.
Breakdown:
6 336 in 144, 2 50 in 21, 222 18 in 12, 432 28 in 13, 1296 3 in 2 and 2304 3 in 3 for a claimed score of 97,110.
Unfortunately my 902 transverter up on the tower could hear but not be heard, so no QSOs on that band. -- W3XO
