03/18/2002 | W6RCL It is time for contest reform! The ARRL should outlaw high power in what is basically a North American contest. Next year's SS rules should allow only two categories -- LOW POWER and QRP. You don't need a KW to work all 80 sections. Many stations worked a "clean sweep" on 150W or less.
