01/22/2004 | W1FP Had to tear down my sloping dipole that the wind broke and put up an inverted vee with help from xyl to get on SKN. Managed to fit in just 4 qsos between New Year's Eve celebrations. But great time again warming up the shack with some boat anchor gear as usual. Ran a Viking II and NC-300. Dragged out the Titanic replica and had a great time. Worked W1TS, K3SEW(great fist), KC8VCB, and K1CR from my Vermont QTH. CUL 12-31-04, Bob W1FP. -- W1FP
