06/29/2004 | KM3E We operated 2F from the Susquehanna County, PA EOC in Montrose. This was the first group Field Day operation in a long time for our county. We didn't burn anything up, and no one got hurt, so it was a perfect weekend. We did manage to make some contacts after a late start. Put an A3S up on an old lift, and used a 40m sloper off the 100 foot tower here. Took lots of notes for next year. Thanks to all who worked to dig us out of the noise. 73, Kevin -- KB3HQX
