07/08/2004 | NE7WY The Northeastern Wyoming Amateur Radio Club, NE7WY, set up operations at the Campbell County Fire Training Center. We had excellent turnout: ten hams and five visitors including david King, Campbell County Emergency Operations Coordinator. We ran one SSB station, one CW station, one 6 meter station and a GOTA station. Believe it or not this is the first year in many that we did not have to stop operating for 2 or 3 hours because of the threat of lightening. -- WG7Y
