02/20/2002 | N2JNZ What a contest !!!! I just have a Ten Tec Argo 509 and 2 antennas (a Alpha Delta DXEE for 40-15 mtrs and a Cushcraft AR-10 Rigo for 10 )
and have been doing this for a number of years. I set a personal best that will be hard for me to match again !! 437 QSOs 179 mults for 234,669 points !!! And 3 new milliwatt countries ( OD5/OK1MU , MU2K and VP9/W6PH FOR # 117,118 AND 119 !!!) I worked "regular" QRP for most of the test and turned it down to 700 mw for the new ones. Condx were INCREDIBLE !!! 15 meters on the second day went from noon EST to 6 pm EST solid Europe and Asia !!! Been a ham since 89 and have never had so much fun !!! Highlights were:

Working JA on 15 meters at 6 AM on 15 meters with 3 watts !!!
Getting 5U9C on 15 !!!
A run of 10 JAs on 10 meters the first nite !!!
Working OD5/OK1MU on 10 meters with 700 mw on the first call !!!
Making any contacts at all on 40 meters !!!

Dipole is only 20 ft off the ground so 40 was TOUGH but still made 15 DX QSOs

And thanks to Dan Henderson for helping out with my computer logging program glitches !!!! He personally took care of my problems over the phone and was having fun with it at the same time !!!
