12/06/2004 | K4GHS This was my first 160 mtr contest and for fun I entered as a QRP station. I quickly found out that QRP on 160 is somewhat of a challenge especially with my wire embedded in the woods. Wonder if it would be worthwhile to add a point incentive to QRP stations similar to Novice stations in other contests? This might enhance QRP activity and encourage more stations to seek out QRP stations. In any event it was a fun contest and I will try and do it again next year. -- K4GHS
