04/01/2002 | VE6SV The "Sierra Contest" team had great hopes for this year, but it was tranished with poor propagation for most of the event, as we are at 53 degrees north latitude. Also, having to put the family dog of 16 years to "sleep" on Saturday was quite disconcerning for the team.
