06/27/2005 | VE2AC We had a lot of fun doing Field Day this year from Rl's location as it is far away from all sorts of electrical noise. We only had a G5RV inverted V antenna and the condition were not that good on all the bands but we manage to make more than 300 QSO. Of course, we did do it for fun and not for the points, and we could'nt compete with all those big cannon with 3-4 elements beams and 50 feet towers, but we had fun.
For those of you who contacted us, well you see what we look like. Let's repeat the experience next year. -- VE2AC
