2005 ARRL Field Day

07/06/2005 | AB8CO Our I.O.O.K. (International Order Of Krazies) non club group is a loosely knit bunch of guys who enjoy working together for a common goal. The core of our group have been active in the A.R.R.L. Field Day for 25 years and the group continues to learn better operating skills and learn more about ham radio each year.

We were fortunate to have two young men join us in our Field Day activities this year and we hope to see more new hams join us in the future. New hams are an important ingredient to the betterment of our hobby!

Activities like Field Day help introduce not only new hams but prospective hams to the wonderful world of ham radio.

For a more complete look at our Field Day activities, please visit our web site at www.iook.org and click on "Field Day"! 73 -- WA8ZWJ
