11/25/2005 | KG5VK It looks like Huricane Katrina took out our major comp W5DDX within Louisiana, so maybe us "Yankee boys to the North" have a shot at first place this year. I would have rather lost to them versus them being QRT from a Huricane.

KG5VK had great support from the Shreveport Amateur Radio Club membership with a total of Eeleven Operators this year !

I feel we will move up from 5th place in our division last year and be second only behind K4JNY for the division this year, maybe K4JNY will fail to turn in his log Hi !
