11/12/2006 | K7XC Conditions During This CW SS were pretty darn good for being at the bottom of the cycle. My 80W and low antennas played very well. Sunday afternoon found me needing only DE for a sweep. I found him late afternoon on 160M of all places. I put him in memory and kept checking on him, waiting for his signal to build as it got dark in the west. Last time I checked he was loud enough to call, he had my call and 1/2 the exchange correct when the contest ended. Does that count as 79 1/2 mults? LOL! All in all it was my best overall rate per hour in some time. I WILL BE BAAAAACCCCKKK! -- K7XC
