11/29/2006 | N2NHN I was finally approaching completion of the re-modeling of the N2NHN shack (90%, anyhow), and used Phone Sweeps as an opportunity to "christen" the space. A new chair, a new L-shaped counter top, and working equipment made for a great weekend! I started off with the intent of several local SCARC members visiting, and operating as a multi-op. As it worked out, my multi was limited to some time with my YL college-student daughter, KC2KHY (until her boyfriend called!). I can't complain, though: my first sweep in several years and a new shack.

Next year: a Sweeps DX-pedtion to some "rare" section -- N2NHN
