01/03/2007 | N4RAY This was my First SKN and wont be my last, i had a lot of fun and many qso and new friends, Best op from me goes to K1Y/4 KEVIN (k4vd), most interesting was AC5P , this was my first year to operate with a bug and have put away all my keyers except the bug and the straight keys, i thought it would be hard to use a bug but its getting better, i guess you can say i been bit by a bug, i used my VIZ BUG and the ole NAVY fire proof WWII key which is a great key, i just mounted it on a board since it just came in on friday before skn started, so next year they will be linedup redy to use, The NAVY key is hooked up to the back of the radio and the VIZ bug to the front of the radio, thanks to all the FB qsos GUYS AND LADIES. hope to meet up again this year
