01/22/2007 | N5TIF What a fun contest score here 2542 not bad for one loop on 2m at 15ft and a 3 ele on 6m at 20ft. Had a nice opening on 6m Saturday afternoon worked 19 grids this was unexpected as Es in this contest are rare. Best DX on 2m was em26 KD5ZVE not bad for a loop and 50 watts and on 6m FN01 with N3YD just as the band opened up. I had a nice little pileup on 6m when the Es came in at that time I thought that I was the only one here in EM12 that was on 6m but it was great fun.

I will be at the contest station of KM5PO in the June contest as we chip away at those leaders that been at the top 10 for what seems like forever. See you in June.
