02/23/2007 | N2JNZ Had a great time with 75 Qs QRP but 20 meters was not the greatest. I was using a Ten Tec Century 21 with a DC reciever and a Timewave DSP-9 , a VERY strange but nice working combination !!! With the DC reciever and 2 signals it made for fun zero beating ( or close!!). Used 5w to a half G5RV up 40 ft. Had good luck on 40 with 20 countries and a NEW one (CN3A , CN2WW) Highlight were KH7Z on 40 meters and 5Z4/9A3A on 20 meters QRP both !!! Used a K1EL K-20 keyboard setup and it worked without a hitch !! Worked a Flying Pig buddy , Hank , HK1/K8DD on 40 for a new one also !!! A BIG "OO" to Hank !!!
